Our business hours are Sun 11:00pm-6:00pm; Mon-Sat 10:00am-9:00pm EST. Orders placed before 12pm EST M-F will ship same day. Orders placed on Friday past 12pm EST will typically ship the following Monday. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method.
Orders are processed immediately during business hours. We typically get all orders out within a 24-48 hour window, and try our hardest to do so! You will get an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Please make sure to watch for your package, as we are not liable for any packages confirmed delivered by our shipping carriers.
We ship with USPS, FedEx and UPS depending on the weight of the package, and a destination.

Delays with UPS, FedEX or USPS
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. FedEx, USPS or UPS will be responsible once we ship the package
Once the package is marked delivered by USPS, FedEx or USPS you will need to contact whichever carreir was responsible fo your package to obtain any information. Once the package has left our facility we ar no longer held responsible.
We are not responsible if your package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. We will not cover or refund any additional shipping charges from USPS if failed to meet their guarantee shipping times.

During the holiday season, shipping times may vary and orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. WHAT IS IN-STORE PICK UP?
Once we receive your order for in-store pickup, we will process it and send you an email letting you know it is available and ready for pickup. The majority of our items are available in-store and therefore we can process in-store pick ups rather quickly. However, there are instances that we need to special order items and therefore pick up times may vary.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING!
Yes, we certainly know what it's like to want things quickly for a last minute birthday outfit or a vacation! Expedited shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact us if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii. Please keep in mind that this applies during business hours only.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING GUIDELINES
All overnight orders confirmed before 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00PM EST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO'S?
Yes! We ship USPS to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (thank you for your service)! We are not able to offer expedited shipment with these recipients, so please keep that in mind!
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, ALASKA & HAWAII?
Of course! We certainly can't upset our faraway friends! Unfortunately, our standard shipping rates do not apply to Canada. We offer a flat rate of $18! Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information!
CAN I USE MY APRICOT LANE GIFT CARD ONLINE?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not set-up to accept gift cards purchased in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar stores. If you are needing a gift card, we do offer E-Gift cards online that will be emailed to you. Those gift cards are online specific, and cannot be used in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar locations. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is always suggested to make an account with us, so you can easily log in and keep track of your purchases.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you put in the wrong address please call us immediately during business hours at 440-305-3691. If it is outside of our business hours, please email us at email@example.com. We begin processing orders immediately, so please know that we will do our best to update your info, but if the item has already been packaged, there is nothing we can do. If you are using PayPal as a form of payment, please make sure your shipping info is up-to-date!
